Help! Seeking ladies who gave themselves pio injections

DH is going to be out of town next week and he gives me the pio injections. I've tried pharmacies and minute clinics, but can't find anyone willing to do them for a reasonable cost. My sis is plan b but she's not real excited about it. I think I need to man up and do it myself.
