Fingers crossed I am expecting a baby girl in Sept after multiple DE rounds and my own OE son through multiple IVFs. I am so worried my family will compare my children or make comments about how much or little my daughter looks like me. I want to be very open with my family and our children but I also don’t want to deal with all these questions throughout the pregnancy (we’ve never really talked about our IVF or DE journey). When did you tell your family and how did you deal with these questions? We won’t announce the pregnancy until we hit the 2nd tri as I’ve had miscarriages before so I worry about telling all of it then or waiting to talk about DE until later. Any advice or suggestions on what worked or didn’t work for you??? TIA!
