DE IVF w PGD

I'm not sure where to start. I really want to know that it's normal... I'm excited and nervous at the same time hopeful.


I, like many of you have jump thru hoops getting here. OE IVFs 3.. plenty of in between. Finally had DH on board w DE with DH condition of ic and test (he wants to see adult pics) so my search started in January. We've been trying for over 5yrs I stopped counting...

I didn't want o go sound because of Zika.. So the only place was Russia or South Africa.

We went earlier this month for the DE retrieval... had 14 follies.. 12 fertilized and 9 had made it to day 3... (the wait ..it was difficult each day for updates..email was 11 developing .. 10 developing.) then I did get news until day 6 that ( 5 embies frozen)...

I'm doing PGD w NGS method so I go back in July for transfer... I'm currently waiting for the results and it's nerve racking.. (hubby wanted to do PGD if we were doing DE. I'm on Birth Control till the 25th.. then doing estrogen pill and patches plus progesterone ones my cycle starts.


I probably have 1001 questions but.. I can't think at this moment... for now... does this cycle sound normal?
