Hey all, it has been suggested by my doctor to have my husband's sperm tested for DNA fragmentation. I am attempting to set up an order for the testing kit through SCSA Diagnostics. I have questions for them but they don't seem to pick up the phone and the email adddress they provide comes back undeliverable. (Here's hoping their testing skills are better than their communication). Anyway, maybe you gals could help me out. My husband's job has him out of the house for sometimes a couple of days at a time so I don't want to order the kit and then have him not available to do it and have the freezer packaging lose its effectiveness. Have any of you placed the order/set up delivery online? If so, how long does it take to arrive and how quickly do you have to return it? I certainly don't want to spend all the money on this and then worry that the specimen is degraded. Thanks in advance ladies!
