DW and I are looking to start with donor egg after exhausting our other options We have had 3 IUI and 6 IVF failed cycles so basically at this point it is either donor egg or adoption.
We decided to go with a frozen egg bank that uses this newer process to freeze the eggs so that the success rates are the same as a regular donor process.
We can't figure out what program to sign up for though. The have a single cycle for 18k that includes 5-7 eggs and the transfer.
They also have a guarantee program for 42k which will cover up to 6 cycles of 5-7 egg lots and we would get our money back if we go through the 6 cycles without a live birth.
Tempted to go the single cycle route, as we could do up to two cycles for less than the guarantee process. Our doctor has told us we have about a 75% chance with the two cycles. Problem is if it does not work, I do not think we can make it work financially to try more cycles or do the adoption route at that point
Just curious if anyone else has used this program and/or what opinions people have of the two options?
