Hi ladies-
I'm 29 years old with endometriosis and a diminished ovarian reserve. Last May 2015 I found out my AMH was .42. I was recently retested in March 2016 and my AMH is unchanged.
In January 2016 I started my IVF journey that unfortunately ended in an egg retrieval where they were not able to get any eggs from the 4 follicle sacs that formed. My RE has labled me as a poor responder and thinks that our next step should be using donor eggs. Since I am just ready to be a parent and would be completely fine with adoption I am not concerned with using a donor egg. This way I could still experience pregnancy and be able to give my husband a biological child.
The decision I am having the most difficulty with is whether to use an anonymous donor or my sister. My sister is 21 and has already offered to donate. Have any of you used your sister's eggs?
