Hi ladies, my DH and I recently selected our donor. She looks a bit like me, and is proven. The agency notified me that she tested positive for cannabis use. She has a prescription (it is legal for medical use in my state).
But now I'm not so sure about her. I've read that marijuana use can affect egg quality. Plus, I'm not sure what condition she's being treated for since nothing was listed on her profile.
I have no problem with her marijuana use, only that it can affect egg quality. And we have one shot at this. What would you do? What questions would you ask? Would you select another donor?
