Egg quality and environmental factors

Hi again! I haven't been on since my failed donor egg cycle in November. I've been revamping a few things. I'm starting with a new clinic in a few weeks. In the meantime I've been researching a lot about foods and egg quality. There have been studies saying you can control your egg quality to some extent. Since I am 30, totally healthy and have no other issues I don't understand why I have bad eggs. I have to start blaming it on all the processed foods I've eaten my whole life. It seems like EVERYTHING has a bunch of ingredients that sound like they should be illegal! Does anyone know about clean eating or how to cut out all of the dyes, toxins, and words I can't pronounce on labels?! Even the organic stuff has crazy ingredients!
