I'm really torn on this. I have to decide in the next 2 weeks whether we'll do ISCI or not. I'm doing a donor cycle at CCRM. Most of us know that they are known for having a top notch lab. My doctor there says that we don't need to do ISCI based on my DH's SA and the fact that he's fathered multiple pregnancies. (ouch, since it's my eggs that they never made it)
I guess I just can't see how NOT doing ICSI will give us the best outcome of fertilized eggs? Does anyone have any advise? Can the fertilization be just as high without ICSI or would you do ICSI regardless to be on the safe side? It's an extra $2600, but heck at this point, don't we want the best possible chances for the most eggs we can get or do I trust the doctor when he says we don't need it?
