Hi, my dh and I are in the process of trying to add one more child to our family ( I have two bio). We have been thinking about embryo adoption. However, a local fertility Dr said that I could purchase 6 frozen donor eggs for 10,500 ( we would also purchase sperm do to genetic issues). In reality what is the likelihood of getting a baby with only 6 eggs? Also, he only does 3 day transfers. He stated above 60% but only 6 frozen eggs seems like not much to work with. Will all 6 eggs thaw ok and fertilize with Icsi and then how many would make it to a viable pregnancy. I read that only 2/3 of embryos make it to viability and that is with the old fashion way....so confusing & expensive...thanks in advance.
