FSH 30 AMH <.016 equals egg donor?

Hi I am 36 had cycle day 3 and 23 tests done. Day 3 tests were pretty bad as you can see from numbers above. Went to fertility doctor which was recommended from OB/GYN.

Gave me no hope said pray for a miracle but take vitamins (dhea, D3 and Coq10) and get accupuncture. Or Egg donor.


Anyone else get the same depressing news???
