Case Reviews - Failed Cycle what can we do to increase odds of success?

Sunnymom suggested we start this thread to help those of us who have had one or more failed cycles.  The idea being we present our case history and the veterans give us advice on what to try to improve our odds.

A quick history:

1st pregnancy = (natural) chemical

2nd pregnancy = (natural) HELLP syndrome and induction at 18 weeks.  This kicked off a couple of years of testing.  I am positive for anti nuclear antibodies, anti-centromere B antibodies, and one copy of C677T MTHFR.  No formal dx of autoimmune disease.  My only symptom is stiff hands in the am.

In 2012, did 3 unsuccessful IUIs with injectibles.  I have very high FSH and low AMH and never responded well to the meds.

3rd pregnancy - (natural, 2 months after 3rd IUI) m/c at 9 wks but baby stopped growing at 6wks - suspected chromosome issue, I started lovenox at BFP.

In 2013, I went to Dr. Braverman in NY who did some special immune tests and basically told me I am prone to inflammation and I have lower than normal blood flow to my uterus.  He recommended Lovenox and prednisone.  My rheumatologist at the time also agreed to put me on Plaquenil as an experiment.  I have high blood pressure (controlled with meds) that became chronic after pregnancy #2.  And I am hypothyroid but my levels are controlled.

First donor egg cycle with a PGS-normal embryo ended in a chemical.  My HCG was 11, then decreased to 6 so I stopped meds and had a short period before starting BCPs again in preparation for an FET cycle next month.  My current RE doesn't think I should start lovenox and predisone until viability is confirmed with a heartbeat. That makes me nervous but at the same time I have been on lovenox the last 2 times and both failed so I'm also nervous about using it as well.

We have 6 frosties left, what can we do to increase our odds and when would you want to start the extra meds (at transfer, BFP or viability)?

I asked my doc about trying the intrauterine HCG injection right before ET.
