Swollen feet

I am 3 weeks post-transfer and I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I work at a desk job. At the end of the day, my feet are terribly swollen, it's hard to drive home because I need to ride the brake in traffic, which puts my foot at an almost 45 degree angle and, due to the severe swelling, it hurts. Does anybody else have any remedies they've used that was helpful? Thank you!
