My sister has spent years trying to get pregnant and just had her third unsuccessful egg retrieval trying to get pregnant via IVF. She doesn't want to try again (41 yrs old and had test results show some issues with her eggs). I've offered to donate my eggs as i'm done having children, am a little younger (3, and had a relatively easy time getting pregnant (with a couple miscarriages tho). I'm trying to find as much info as possible about the process of donating my eggs. I've seen lots of different info on the timeline of how long it all takes (mostly looking at when you start birth control pills and then all the injections into the ER date). I know i'll also have to go through screenings and tests ahead of time and wonder if the strict requirements for anonymous donors are less so for known/relative donors. My age doesn't make me an ideal candidate I know, but my sister would love to have a baby related to her and i'm the only relative option. Any info on the timeline to expect and feedback on requirements for known donors would be much appreciated!
