Blood type question

So I finally picked a donor and she just had her medical screen. Yay! Only a couple more hurdles until they clear her!

Turns out she as well as my sperm donor and me are different blood types! I knew the sperm donor was different but my donor is a first time donor( I know, I know) so it wasn’t listed.

Does anybody know if this could be a potential issue? Luckily we are all rh+.
