So I have 3 or 4 months to cool my heels before our donor egg transfer. What should I be doing to prepare my body? During the 10 long months of IVF, I didn't drink and lived like a saint by all the rules in Its All About the Egg to get my egg quality up. Every supplement, not touching receipts, no sugar, accupuncture. Clearly none of it worked, lol. I'm letting myself drink and dye my hair, use hairspray, paint my nails right now. Should I be trying to help my uterine lining? Is that even possible? Any words of advice welcome.
