Donor wants to delay for new job?

Hi all! I am new to the board. Last night we jumped on an egg donor after a couple of days of looking (I'm impatient what can I say). She seems perfect: 3 successful rounds, 25, checks nearly every box including super smart, and looks like me. But she just started a new job (architect) and asked about the possibility of delaying our cycle if her job asks her to. The agency said we'd probably transfer in March which sounds very far away. I said I wasn't comfortable pushing. Has anyone else encountered this? Is everyone as impatient as I am? How long did you look at donors before pulling the trigger?
