Donor travel cycle

My Re finally approved a donor that I absolutely love but....she is really far from my clinic, even though she's an in state donor. She would need to be monitored locally and then travel to my Re's clinic for the egg retrieval.

I've been told there are not many outside monitoring appointments since most Re's like to see patients in their clinic around day 8, then they stay in a hotel.

Has anyone had any experience with this type of arrangement and approximately how much this would cost?
