Workout Group?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone would like to start a workout group? I have really been trying to lose weight in anticipation of my transfer, which should be in about three weeks. I have currently lost about 27 pounds and would love to lose another 5 before transfer. I have gone from the obese category, having a BMI of 31, to overweight, BMI of 26. I would love to get my BMI into the healthy range of 24.


So if anyone would like to share their workout routines, healthy eating tips, etc, please share😃 I thought this could be a place where we check in and discuss what we did for the day workout wise - supporting each other in our goals😃


I am currently doing interval training four days a week, which takes about 20 minutes. Last week I also started taking half hour walks (2x a week), and am trying to do crunches and reverse crunches to build my tummy muscles😃 Today I did interval training, and went on a 20 minute walk right after. I am going to try to do a 20-30 minute walk every day.
