So I'm not even pregnant yet but will be doing a transfer later in the month. I'm confident if this DE cycle doesn't work one will and our next child will be from DE.
I'm curious about how you will instruct your child (assuming they know) when asked about their ethnicity. For example my husband and I are a 1/4 of different European ethnicities. Our DE child if we have one from this donor will be our same race but we don't have the donor's family's country on either side.
I remember doing projects like these in school and I remember growing up thinking "I'm a quarter a, b, c, d."
How will your child self identify if their donor was of a different ethnicity?
