Donor egg at 38 - too young?

Hi all ,

I am 38 yrs old and have gone thorough two failed IVF cycles, at this point my doctor has started suggesting donor eggs. I have a low Amh and poor quality eggs. I feel like such a failure, my husband is absolitely ok with donor eggs. Why do I feel so unsure or so scared about everything, I know I need to do a little soul searching but if anyone has gone through anything like this please

I am still wondering if I am giving up too soon on my eggs.
