FET - Natural cycle info

This isn't really a question but I thought I should post my protocol for a "modified-natural" FET. I did a lot of hunting on different boards and found some useful information, so I'm paying it forward. Its reassuring to know what to expect.

My cycle was not entirely natural, since estrogen suppresses ovulation and obviously taking the pregesterone. But in comparison with taking birth control, Lupron, etc on my first FET...it felt pretty natural. This is their standard calender, they don't really deviate from it.

The statistics are very good with a modified natural cycle, on par with medicated cycles. The big upside to a fully medicated cycle seems to be that the clinic can control when the transfer is (my transfer happened to fall on a Sunday, which some doctors wouldn't like) so they can staff accordingly. Hope this info is helpful! :)

CD1 - Call the RE to alert them your cycle has started

CD2 - Ultrasound and bloodwork. Begin Estrogen.

CD9 - Increase Estrogen.

CD10 - Ultrasound and bloodwork.

CD14 - Decrease Estrogen, begin Progesterone.

CD18 - Begin antibiotic.

CD19 - Transfer. Continue Estrogen and Progesterone medications until blood pregnancy tests 8 and 11 days later (if you are not pregnant they have you stop meds)
