Donor Eggs and Autoimmune issues--please help

Hi, I'm getting very close to the end of my journey with my own eggs and my next step will for sure donor egg as I want to experience motherhood in every way possible.  I'm not going to lie, it has been devastating to realize I might never experience to pass on my own genes and it has been really hard on DH as well.  But at the end of the day, we just want be parents and that's what we are focusing on.  However, my biggest fear now is that I am ANA+ and also tested positive for thyroid antibodies... I am scare to death that this condition could possible hurt my chances with donor egg.  Has anyone here gotten pregnant having autoimmune issue?  Please please share your experience with me...I am not even sure where to start?  I was thinking to go see a rheumatologist and get tested for everything so that I could cover my bases once we move on with donor egg.  Thanks for any words of wisdomn you can share with me...
