Caffeine and alcohol before FET?

Ladies-


Hi! My donor starts her meds on 1/25, and we will do our Fresh transfer shortly thereafter...


I like caffeinated diet coke a lot...they said I should limit myself to 150 mgs or less caffeine...which is no problem. Scared I should just make it off limits all together...?


Also, after grieving so much about infertility generally, I have a brighter outlook now and have been having a drink or two at holiday parties here and there.


Did you drink caffeine or alcohol before your cycle?


Did you make the caffeine off limits after your ET?

I can easily forego alcohol. Caffeine will be tough.
