Anyone in RI?

Hello All,

I'm just starting on the DE route. We're thinking we'll use frozen as it is more affordable. My IVF cycles were with the Reproductive Science Center of New England and the last with Fertility Solutions. Doctor botched my transfer at RSC and I think they only do fresh eggs, so I will likely not go to them. Although the doctor I worked with at FS was very nice, I felt that "you don't have real fertility issues, you just shouldn't have waited so long" vibe coming from her. What's more, she triggered me too soon, so the two eggs I got were immature and needed to be matured in the lab...neither fertilized. When I looked at what she charged the insurance company for the retrieval, I was shocked! It was more than triple what RSC charged! Perhaps because they are a much smaller clinic. Anyway, I am now looking into Women & Infants Hospital's program. Their site doesn't say much about their donor egg program, so I'm not sure which bank(s) they use or if they have their own. I've called for an appointment and am waiting on a call back. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there in RI or nearby Mass. and who they used and what their experience has been like.

Thanks for any insight!

Juanita
