Dear Ladies,
I gave birth to a baby in October conceived with my Own Eggs. I was actually one cycle away from DE and had already selected a donor. It was a strange, wonderful and unexpected development given my history of miscarriage and DOR diagnosis.
As I'm no spring chicken I am already wondering about a baby # 2. I think the chances of my conceiving with my OE again are slim to none ( I haven't started trying as I am breast feeding and not ovulating).
First let me state, I will be grateful for a second child if I should be so lucky to have one, regardless of the egg orgin.
But I do wonder- do any of you have one or more children that are with your Own Eggs and then did you go on the have a child with DE? How did that dynamic work within your family? Amongst the children? Was there any tension? Jealousy? Etc.
We would definitely tell the child their story of being from a DE.
