Hi all, not sure if this makes sense as a separate thread, but I'm going on my 6th effing DE IVF cycle in May. First two cycles were a bust due to crap eggs. Last three cycles should have been successful on paper, although my nurse forgot to tell me when to start progesterone during my last natural cycle, so that certainly didn't help.
I love all the BFPs and stories of inspiration on the other threads, but I wanted to start a discssion for those of us who have been disappointed repeatedly throughout this process, but are still planning to cycle again, one way or another, including with a surrogate.
I'm going for my endometrial biopsy tomorrow as part of a mock cycle. If all goes well, my proper cycle begins around a week later. I will be doing a natural cycle, so no BCP or lupron or even estrogen, for that matter.
If you've cycled before -- and failed -- misery loves company, especially when it's laced with just the right amount of hope and support.
