Hi just wondering what your experience was with your partner/husband/sperm donor in terms of preparing for donor egg. Has he made any changes that would help to improve his chances of having excellent swimmers? Do you or your partner put much importance on this? I am struggling a bit and wondering if I'm putting too much pressure on my partner to be "ultra-healthy". Obviously, stressing him out can't be helpful. I think it is partly that so much of this process is out of my control and that it is costing us so much $ and I want him to be as healthy as possible. When I was trying to concieve with my own eggs I probably went overboard with the research and supplements. I learned about Mayan abdominal massage, taking my temp, pee on a stick, meditation, visualization...you name it. After years of trying I went through the gamut. Maybe I am asking to much? Perhaps I need some perspective! Please share.
