Waiting to start DE cycle, Natural BFP slow rising betas, any hope?

I have not posted much, but have followed this board for over a year while we went through IVF with OE. We had finally decided to move forward with DE and I was planning on posting on the Winter thread as soon as I got my expected transfer date. We selected our donor through MEB and we were waiting for the start of my cycle to get me on BC when I got a faint BFP at 14dpo. I had not considered that it was a real possibility since we have not had a BFP on our own in over 3 years. So, I have ended up in beta hell. They seem a little concerned with ectopic and I will be doing more betas. I would love anyone's thoughts here. I am on crinone and baby aspirin amongst the prenatals, thyroid meds, etc.


HCG:

81.25 15dpo, progesterone was 23

215.5 19dpo (68 hour doubling), TSH 1.1

377 21dpo (59 hour doubling)


I will be going back again on Friday to test again at 23dpo.
