DH and I did our first DE ivf with MEB. I chose a 24 year old that has a baby. To me that meant she was proven. But, she was not proven as a donor. The outcome was BFN. There is a chance we could get new eggs from MEB as the quality of the eggs was not good. In the meantime I am assuming they won't and we'll have to move on. We are considering fresh (I have another post about it) but we would have to finance the whole thing - over 30k. We already have a 401k loan for the failed frozen cycle. So, I am wondering if we can afford to finance a fresh cycle on top of this failed cycle.
So, my question is how common or uncommon is it for MEB to have proven donors??
If they do have them then I would feel more confident about possibly doing another frozen cycle. Something that is literally half the cost of fresh. Until, I hear from my Dr about MEB giving us new eggs I want to explore our options. Any advice is welcome.
