Question about DE cost?

I have high FSH (17). I did 2 IUIs with BFN. My husband and I consider doing IVF, but I'm not brave to use my own eggs because of the expensive cost, I'm so afraid to get BFN again. I'm thinking to use ED since the success rate is higher than using my own eggs.

I am currently with Kaiser permanente, yesterday, I was trying to make appt with them, and talk about this procedure in person, but the coordinator said no need to, she would send me a package and include all the information, I could call agency myself. She also told me the cost (ED+IVF) would be around 35-37k if ED is local, otherwise, it could be over 40k.

I am so devastated, I've been crying every day. This is a very expensive procedure, insurance doesn't cover anything; however, I even can't get to discuss in person. Also this range is kind over what I thought to be.

Do you guys mind to share your costs? Any good clinic in Bay Area that you can recommend?
